With the completion of a $20 million renovation of the “Reimagining Del Mar Highlands Town Center,” it was time to celebrate! Festivities kicked-off on Friday the afternoon, September 9th and continued through Saturday evening. The community joined in the two day celebration that included; live music, fashion shows, cooking demonstrations, food tastings, doggie couture and talent contest, beauty makeover, shopping sprees, prizes and surprises for the kids and adults alike.
